two adjkustments on throttle cable, one on the etc box at thubm throttle , the other on top of carb on the two strokes, as long as there is still adjustment at both ends and you have 1/8 inch of sack at thumb throttle it is ok, choke adjustment,I cant remember if there is one on two strokes, if there is it will be towards the middle of the cable.

I have 75 PSI when cranking and it went to 80 PSI after putting a few drops of oil in the cylinder.
