Replacing ac relay. Adding a 2 watt solar panel to offset battery drain (didn't help at night with no sun). Looked at numerous parasitic drain troubleshooting videos. 3 Answers. That is not a bad fuse. I think the Cruise Control button is faulty. Honda's have a problem with the cable that goes to the throttle. The problem is where the cable links up with the throttle body,it breaks. See if you can follow your throttle from the cruise control to where it is supposed to link up with your throttle.
