The most time-efficient way to farm seals from dungeons is running Sohm Al unsynced for gear. I did this myself recently. We got our FC 1-30 in about a month. BLU mages (lvl 70) can solo the 61 dungeon in about 4-5 min. And Fractal Continuum drops 2 items per boss chest, which is super easy solo unsynched.
