According to the diagram, it may be the bottom left fuse. I'm not sure if the location is accurate though. If that fuse was blown I don't think the mirrors will move.See if you can locate that fuse. I'm not sure what it's labeled as.If that fuse has power on both sides, you'll have to find the mirror power module and check for power there.
