I grabbed my other key fob that hasn’t ever been used and didn’t unlock until I was next to the car and pressed the handle to unlock. Fob wouldn’t work.

The electronic keyfob for my 2011 Kia Forte Koup has been getting weaker and weaker as of late (needing me to press the button multiple times to unlock the car). I changed out the batteries with fresh ones, tried all different ways the batteries could be put in the keyfob, but it's not working.
