The stock doesn't utilize the factory folding mechanism. Instead, it has its own mechanism folding to the right, and doesn't interfere with the charging handle (unless you decide to use a cheek riser) The stock fits all the folding stock AK rifles with 5.5 mm pin, including KP-9 and KR-9.
