If you got fresh fuel in the can, and the stock filter is in place, change the filter on the truck, pour 911 in the new filter and some in the 5 gallon container. Double check your electrical connections, particularly the one that connects to the driver side fuel rail at the front of the engine, the fuel press regulator. When I did my hg, I had the same crank and no start. I had accidentally plugged in the wrong connector.The CAM signal present and the engine RPM parameters on the scan tool should change. If the CAM signal present and the engine RPM does not change, replace the ECM. Ignition OFF, inspect the wiring harness for any damage, opens or shorts. The generic data Is good enough for it to run but sometimes there are variances that could be outside the expected range. This is when you would get a code.Filter heads are very common issue. But agree with chevytech77. Would probably try to find out if the issue is sensitive to fuel level. If it isn't, would go the filter head route. I rebuilt the primer on the fuel filter housing and replace the bleed screw on the filter housing. That fixed my problem. Someone makes a billet bleed screw.
