Both me and spouse got I485 RFE for medical for two absurb case due to a very bias/bad doctor: a) my spouse case is completely ok, but the doctor did not sign the I-693, hence he's getting RFE to ask doctor to sign it. b) I am also getting RFE for medical because that doctor said the TB skin shows positive.Form I-693 must be signed by the civil surgeon within two years of filing Form I-485. Do I need to include the Receipt Notices of previous forms (for example, I-485 Receipt Notice, 797 Notice of Action for I-140)?

I got my medical RFE notice two weeks ago, sent out the evidence one week ago to San Jose field office (the address written on RFE notice).
