Psilocybe mexicana can be grown easily using the PF Tek or MMGG method with just a simple modification to the substrate. There are two substrates which should work pretty well. The first uses: 1 part (by weight) soft grain rice. 2 parts (by weight) water. 1 part (by weight) rye grass seed. 3 parts (by weight) water. However, using plastic allows you to make larger cakes that colonize just as well as half pint cakes. Notice the half pint jar in between those rather large pf blocks.
