Playing Authoritarian is better with Stratified Standards because you don't get Egalitarian attraction from it and Xenophobes are better off Purging for the same reason. Due to how borked Ethics Attraction is right now, if you get the faction early enough, it's NEVER going away and will only keep growing, especially if your ruler becomes head of it.
