Today I just bought Black Ops 2 on Steam. I had Black Ops 1 and I didn't get any problems when I try to play zombies or multiplayer. But on Black Ops 2, I can not join online services. I connect to the internet via ethernet cable. When I connect to my personal hotspot on my phone, I can connect to online services but with my internet, I can't.Lastly, there is an option to change your connection/search settings on the same screen as when you pick a game mode to play online with.
