Firstly BotW on WiiU and Switch are literally identical. Second, WiiU emulator is well further along in setup documentation, compatibility and mod support while being able to run on most modern-ish family living room computers. if you are using a dynamic FPS mod, then all you need to do is use an external framelimiter like RTSS. You can also just set game speed in general tab to 75% if u are using the 60fps mod Or 150% if u are using the the 30fps one. If you use cemu you can easily hit 120fps with no issues.

More specifically the "Remove Distant Fog" settings available for Cemu which Yuzu does not have at the moment. I have not tested this preset on Ryujinx but theoretically it should work similar to Yuzu. Cemu is by far the best way to play BOTW on PC due to better optimization and the ability to further tweak graphical settings via the Graphic Packs.

The game FPS started to increase to 60, then when the game is loaded it went back to 30. At the advanced settings page in the overlay, it says.
