Re-ripping/extracting the game and placing the v33 update in the correct folder for Cemu worked for me! Spent too much of my time trying to fix the game but this helped me! Edit: make sure to use the EU version to be extra safe so you don't waste time like i did

Hm, the SD card thing is to my knowledge unrelated to your save files. I think the save files not being able to be written (and maybe not even SD card files being allowed to be written to your drives) would be an issue of installing Cemu in the wrong directory. First of all, should definitely update to Cemu 1.26.2d and let me know if that fixes it.

Get the patch, decrypt, copy the files over or inside your Zelda folder create an update folder, a v33 update folder inside it and put the patch in there. Loadiine will have to build a filelist.txt file which takes some hours at the first time you boot it if you pick the last choice.
