Cemu games not showing up.

The game starts fine if I manually go into the F1 menu and load the rom. So my keys.txt works. I can not get the actual batocera main menu to see the rom files. And similarly with the Xbox360 I can start the game in the F1 menu, and I can get batocera to find the file (if I rename it) but when I rename it xenia will crash. Just have two at the moment, New Super Mario Bros and Super Mario 3d World. When I try to launch it, it exits right back out to emulation station. Not sure where to start for troubleshooting, any suggestions? Cemu is supposed to use the meta to show the games in your game list. As long as your Game Directory is set correctly in the General Settings, it should show your games automatically.. The games folder is full of a bunch of .app files and then some other files.
