We have had about a month of sub freezing weather here, a few days around -15 to -20 and Wednesday the car would not start. Because the battery was 5-6 old from the factory I went ahead and replaced it thinking that was the problem. Code is for rich condition. Flood on cold start could be do to a faulty engine temperature sensor. You need to see what temp. ECT sensor is reading on a cold start via scan tool. Check inlet temp. also. PCM adjusts fuel richer for colder temps. so if PCM see's colder than what it actually is it could flood motor.Truck ran fine with no indication of problem.
