For vitality I would max it keep fast healer as we usually have someone spamming heal arrows in the back so we can fight longer while picking up glutton for punishment so I can stay in the fight yet longer and maybe never roll out to heal. Fast Healer Resurgence is kinda meh, fast healer is much better especially in combo with Glutton. For the last perk, Glutton for Punishment is probably the best perk in the game for a defensive fighter. I haven't played around with Last Stand tbf but I doubt I'd perfer it over glutton, I rarely get below half health anyways while using Glutton.
