Hey. On my challenger the blend door is the one on the driver side up high kinda behind the instrument cluster. I recommend getting an actuator from the dealer or mopar. I had problems with the aftermarket one. To turn the actuator gear the dealer told me to get a 9 volt batter and two small wires.The blend door behind the steering column had apparently failed. It would click, but no movement was visible. I replaced the actuator with an AutoZone brand (Duralast, IIRC), which restored my heat... for the most part.
