I couldn't use the DSA Para rear sight with a Type C as I recall. These are uglier but stronger than the others with regard to recoil-related splitting. If you're talking about the two-position sight, I'm not sure why they wouldn't work. The 1st Libyan contract rifles used a Type C stock with that type of rear sight.Fal Type 1 and 2 receivers are a wonderful work of art that flows together with the entire weapon. Type 3 is blocky and looks like an afterthought. The asthetic flow and lines of the weapon is lost with Type 3 receivers.
