MICROMANAGED, SURREAL, and Globe LIFE don't care about their customers, GL scams their customers and doesn't really want you to help the customer and solve the issue thoroughly.
Extremely poor management and HR department. Globe is a turtle company so everything is way behind todays technology. They expect a lot out of reps with low wages and no room for growth!
