At 90 degrees outside, a thermometer in the front middle left air vent air blows at 51.6 degrees (within gm spec). So the problem was the dealership sold me the AC line that had the R134A port on it. I needed the AC line with the 1234yf port. When I installed the wrong line the first time there was one seal I reused. The dealership sent me out the correct line for free.
