Gshade Gameplay vanilla is the one I prefer I think, but the PC struggles a bit, usually I'm around 144fps when not in crowded situations, with that preset I'm at 120fps at best, so I may try the one you mentioned!! With any game, if you have a Nvidia GPU there are shaders available in the Alt+Z settings under game filters. Just the detail option alone can help improve the looks and clarity a lot. Although keep in mind that the filter effects are also applied to your UI.
