I have talked to numerous 130 owners and they have had same oil usage problem. Double check all your fuses especially your 10 amp and 30 amp fuses. And reseat your wiring harness on your engine. If fuses etc are good, you may have motor harness wiring issues; a bad main power relay module (has relay for most of the power of the engine and one for the fuel pump); or a bad ECM.
