I was told that the Philadelphia mint was a mess & it was real hard to find a dime that year with (FB) Full Bands.Can anyone help me figure out if this is the real deal?They are MAD which means the one of the dies was misaligned where as an off-center strike is created when a planchet is not centered correctly (typically as the collar is stuck) and the whole coin (obverse and reverse) are both struck off-center equally. They are much harder to find than the common MADs that will pop up constantly.Could I get some info as to what's going on on the reverse of this dime.
