The immobilizer green key is flashing and whats very odd is that when I remove the keys from the ignition the gauge cluster, MPH, Tach etc including windows will all stay on and functional indefinitely.If it were the immobilizer, you would have a security light that would be flashing or staying on all the time the key is in on. Since the engine cranks over and the pump is working when you turn the key to on and start, the green light may just mean the bulb is burnt out or a connection problem with that wire for the light.

Sooooo, i bought another ECU, ignition lock, immobilizer and key from another '04 Pilot. I'm going to switch this out tomorrow. This swap should narrow it down to either an issue with the ECU/ignition lock/immobilizer/key or an electrical problem/short in the steering column.

Flashing key means it's not the correct code in the key. Do you have a key that'll start the car? The code is encoded in the ECU. You could swap ECU's and key locks as long as the new ECU comes with at least one working key. I imagine the dealer could make you a proper key too based on the VIN.
