Yes its still playable. For me i hardly find hacked lobbies myself. I do see modded psn names and levels (the green box one) but nobody at least for me has just went all out hacking. As for 12-15th prestige u may see those are litterally just from a theater vid mod menu that gave you up to whatever prestige u desired.
