Just received a letter in the mail that I owe Parking Revenue Services out of Aurora CO $89 for 20 minutes of parking. Is this legit? It's not from the city of New Haven. The letter says that if I do not pay, I could be subject to collections, and they can boot or tow my car. Seems like a scam, like they are trying to scare me into paying.
