The only time I've heard of the pop up not workin is when it takes you to the CC page and then you end up passing. The good and bad pop-up on the NBCSN is not an accurate way to see if you passed or not. Pearson, NBCSN, and your BON are different entities. The best way to check if you passed sooner is to check you license number at your BON website. All you have to do is search you name up and then boom! You see your license. I tried registering for it again to see and it just lead me all the way through to the payment and everything. It’s a trick people use post testing to see if they passed or failed. It's still like 99% correct for the good pop-up (but only like 75% for the bad pop-up). 145 certainly isn't a "GOOD" number to end on, as it means the CAT was trying to keep going as long as it could to get you to competency, but it certainly does not mean you definitely failed. I passed at 145 and thought I failed.
