There's a window reset procedure that might fix this - maybe caused by the battery disconnect. I believe it's in the owner's manual, but I have a bookmark with the procedure. The dealer just called back and told me a new TSB was received 2 days ago citing a faulty regulator. The new part is supposed to come in tomorrow (weather permitting in southeastern PA).The local Subaru dealership took a look at it and indicated that the issue was due to the window tinting, recommended lubrication. I tried some light lubrication on the window channel, this did not help. Since the problem is intermittent, I have not continued on with solving.
