The post office told her that they were found on the floor without am envelope. I taped the envelope shut when I mailed them so there was NO WAY they were not in an envelope. I know all my forwarded mail is not being delivered and I intend to go further with this if your post office continues to be irresponsible with my and everyone else's mail.
