If you are new to bells in general, I would recommend the HKC book by Dan John. I still use it as a change-up, he has few different programs in there for beginners. If you are more advanced, the programs mentioned in this thread are great as well. Mark Wildman has a few kb programs for purchase.The Titan bell came with the Allen wrench but not the big hex shaped tool.
