EDIT: Thanks to a redditor. I found a way to fix this. This bug happens if you do the quest called "The Gift" and if you get the quickhack chip but then dont finish the rest of the quest. I think the fact that they are iconic or whatever and can be remade isn't necessarily connected to this but there is, they say, a bug relating to iconic items with this flag.
