that doesn't seem high at all to me, actually on the lower range of normal. i was 6+3 with my singleton and hcg was 37000. my hcg this time around was 3188 at 5w0d. but hcg varies from pregnancy to pregnancy and isn't a good indicator. I don't know what it was with my twins 3 years ago, so I dont have anything to compare it too.
