The peak and tune of a CB entails ALL of the afore mentioned services and if they are not provided (specifically setting the antennas to the truck and radio) you are getting ripped off. EVERY CB shop is supposed to do that as part of the peak and tune. This is an argument that got pretty heated and ended up with my pal hanging up on me.
