A friend of mine showed up the other day in a brand new CCLB with the 6.6 gas engine. The exact truck I was going to buy when the world imploded in 2020. He runs around empty most of the time. He gets 9.9 mpg. I get 11 with my 6.0 loaded, so I guess I'll stick with that. Like.

It's really hard to find much information about IH V8 gas engines, but from what I've seen the 392 shares a LOT in common with the 304 & 345.
