If it’s not a manufacturer issue (hole or seam unraveling) the it is not covers by the company. this can’t be repaired. repairs are done mostly on seams that can be reinforced but not holes or tears in the middle of the fabric.

I would definitely email them pictures, it can't hurt to see what they'll do. They might not replace them but they should at least offer to repair the seams. I know people say 1.5 years is a long time, but if you only wear them like once a week and wash/dry them properly, $128 leggings should last a lot longer (imo).
