I am a huge visual learner for anatomy, so I'll do that for those who happen to be like me in that respect.

Start with 10 cards new each day, and then shortly after increase. Download an Anki simulator add-on to see the amount of cards needed to be added to complete the deck prior to your exam date. What I am doing right now is fantastic for content review. I am doing the Kaplan Books and pairing it with the Kaplan Organized Milesdown Anki deck (except for Psych/Soc (using 300 page document) and Cars (doing daily JackWestin passage)).. Doing Anki cards without fully understanding them serves little value, so make sure you fully understand the concepts, and then retain them with Anki.if you downloaded it with the same preferences for the deck as the original miledown post, if you go into the deck settings (gear icon next to the overall miledown deck) you should be able to scroll down where it says tags. underneath each tag there should be topic lists (e.g. sensory and perception is in psychology, memory, motivation, etc.).
im pretty sure there is a kaplan specific milesdown deck that you use to sync up with Kaplan. In terms of incorporating it into my readings, I would usually do the specific anki deck for a chapter after I've read and take notes on that chapter. I would add cards that I thought were important to know but did not show in milesdown as well. 5. Reply.mr. I read on other threads to click the graph button to see how many cards in the deck were left, but this seems to be inaccurate. Honestly don’t get too bogged down in which deck to use, I truly don’t think it makes a difference in the end. Pick a deck that you like and is formatted in a way that supports your learning style, add some of your own cards when it feels necessary, and you’ll be gold!
