I had the same thing on another mac; I downloaded the installer from the Sonos site, installed the controller and that made “Sonos Installer” appear in the App Management page. Once I toggled it there, the next updates went smoothly again.

On MacOS 13.1, running on an M1 MacBook Pro. Consistent error message when trying to update the MacOS Sonos app (on prompt in app). Only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. Very frustrating!
