If you're using 3ba, select 3ba. Once ran all impacted outfits/bodies will be created. Using groups is more efficient but if you miss building something you can end up with invisible stuff or mismatch issues etc. so it is probably better to build all at once for you. For subsequent outfits I'd use groups to find outfit directly and batch build.
