At the very least, 24 for 4 spell slots. Unless you feel like you need to use only 2 spells (Chaos Bed Vestige is too good to pass imo). If going for 4, might as well go 30ATN for 5 slots. Vestiges and Chaos Orb are incredible spells that complement each other and useful depending on who you're fighting.

Some catalysts scale off of both int and faith. Some catalysts are only really good for a specific type of spell. It's not like Dark Souls 1, where literally anyone could do pyro because it costs no points except for attunement. Keep in mind, pyro is designed in such a way as to be able to stand alone, and if you try and invest too much in both, you won't be effective in either. As the saying goes, chase two rabbits, both will get away.

Generally for a Pyromancer I would recommend any weapons with reasonably low STR and DEX requirements that get good scaling when infused. In your case, given you plan to level DEX a reasonable amount, some specific weapons I recommend are the Astora Greatsword, Gottard Twinswords, Dagger, Great Corvian Scythe, Scimitar, Demon Scar, Claymore ...
