the same problem. Fans are working with not turning on and still with the 3 flashing lights. Computer manual does not show how to detect what is happening, and mean the 3 orange lights. This computer does not beeps codes. I use windows 10. My computer has Intel i7 6700 3.40 Ghz. Memory Rams 8 GB each two rams. 16 GB in total. Can any body help me?

If that doesn't help: Power PC off and unplug, and press/hold power button for ~15 sec. Remove motherboard battery and press/hold power button for ~30 sec. Reinstall battery and boot PC.
