Instacart support was beyond useless at first, not even realizing that not only didn't I get my order, but that I had a fraudulent charge added to it. They tried to "reassure" me that it was just a glitch, when it obviously was a scam. I cancelled my IC Express membership and will not be using them further.(Per instacart's policies) I've taken home at least $300 worth of groceries because they choose that option and when I show up at the house and wait over 10 minutes, they just don't come to the door no matter how much I knock and ring the doorbell and wave at the cameras.Instacart Shopper Salary & Outlook. i know that a lot of ppl won't get this but if your like me and basically find that you apparently cannot remember a string of 10 numbers to save your life, heres a hack for you. get Google Photos. take s screenshot of the page with the phone number. go open it using google photos, there's a button along the bottom that says Lens. hit that. you'll see various options like Links, Shopping, etc ...A lot of these problems are closely related to poor management in my area, but a lot of them are company wide.
