My flight was canceled last year due to covid, and I was charged a cancelation fee and issued a travel credit. When I tried to use the credit I spent over 7 hours on hold, not to mention the time wasted on their non-functional website. I copied JustFly on all my correspondences so they knew what I was appealing and what documents I had to support my case on getting a full refund. JustFly replied to me saying as a "jester of goodwill" they would offer me a full refund. I'm happy I got the refund, not upset with how they treated me, and what I had to do to get the full refund.
