For reference, the first time I took the MCAT I got a 128 on P/S using the 86 page one but went through the 300 page doc the second time and got a 132.The 300 page doc is notes were typed up from several users on here and also verified by several users, from watching the KhanAcademy videos for the P/S section, which KhanAcademy is verified by the AAMC. The 300 page doc is more like a transcript of the videos but there are a lot of additional info not from the videos so it's worth at least skimming along to find which info aren't on the video. KA in general though is not enough for P/S because the exam is known to have research analysis and lower yield terms popping up. I would suggest getting OpenStax (free and recommended by AAMC) Psychology and Sociology and having those read out loud. It doesn't take too long on 4-7x.It's not that much really. The tpr Is a great resource. Definitely anki it, this keeps it fresh and ensures you absolutely commit it to memory. The Khan 300 will serve as a review for tpr concepts already learned and provide other new concepts not covered in tpr. UWorld is just extra application of the content and aamc is mandatory!

Keep in mind that although knowing all of the terms is important, the MCAT has recently been a lot like FL4 where there are some random new terms thrown in and more passage analysis. 5. A lot of that section is reading comprehension IMO so your results may vary but the 300 page doc is plenty of content review. Yes, the 300 page doc is made from Khan Academy which is in my opinion the best resource for P/S review we have for AAMC stuff. Third-party books aren't really as on the nose as Khan Academy.
