Reading the comments to the video it seems a fair number of people are having the same problem, some of them fixed it by adding a timer and piston/s to hide the zombie more thoroughly. Running red stone to the surface would be a hassle. Be better to just set up a button to press and auto click it to move the piston. Try removing the slabs above the beds leaving a full open block. I believe the villagers need two full blocks open above their bed to sleep properly.I've been using the design on the attached screenshot for several versions, I constructed one in my old 1.19 world and it worked fine but it is not spawning any Iron Golems in 1.20.1.
