It's a good amount of snowfall, but we will beat both of those on Saturday. Southern Maine is forecast to receive anywhere from 8-12 inches of snow with Portland expected to get around 10 inches of that. This should be Portland's biggest winter storm of the season thus far. That isn't the story for the entire state.
