Those codes are from the brake ECU, and so are the Prius-specific codes C1259 and C1310, so all those codes account for the VSC and ((!)) lights. The C1259 and C1310 both simply tell you that the brake ECU has been notified of trouble codes in the hybrid-vehicle control ECU. The HV control ECU codes are why the red triangle is on.
