The dollar amount per hour has changed every year with the discretionary bonus. There’s no way to predict it. Store managers all got a $12,000 bonus in November. The previous 3 bonuses were nowhere near that for managers, some didn’t even get a bonus because it was only for extra hours worked, which some didn’t do.
