Let's say Ryze has ~3000 total mana with Muramana and a mana Mythic. The 2.5% max mana is 75 on-hit damage (if I understand correctly, the same ability can proc it only once every 4 seconds). At this point, Ryze's fluxed Overload AP ratio is probably 0.765 (rank 2 ult). EQ will proc it twice I think (correct me if this is wrong).Don't go hogwild on the spells because you will OoM yourself. Build mana. If the item gives mana, you can build it on Ryze.
