We always override them manually rounding them off by substraction. To override a dimension you just double click the number of the dimension line. It won't let you write numbers but we add a "." before and after making 3.899 m into . 3.9 m . This way you can also quickly spot overridden dimensions.

Oct 14, 2016 · where I work we recently had an issue with a 3d coordinates. In acad the 3d dimensonal coordinates came in fine but for some reason in revit they where flip 180 degrees and rotated about 30 degrees. Is there a fundmental difference in the coordinate system between the two? You need to use a Revit Link, or use 2015 and Link the IFC. Either way, you have some big changes to make now.
