Aug 3, 2022 · The Spectrum TV app on both of my ROKU units are not working. When I try to use the Spectrum TV app, it keeps saying to restart my ROKU and I get an RLP-999 error ... Day 2 of the spectrum app not working. I've tried everything that has been listed in previous post. This is getting to be ridiculous at this point. Every month it doesn't work and no it's not my internet and no it's not on spectrums end. Please get your techs to fix this please.Try restarting all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router. I update my Rokus on a timely basis, and this was the first time I've ever had the Spectrum app not work because the Roku's software wasn't the current version.
